These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the golo casino platform ("Site") and all its services. By accessing the site, registering, or beginning to use any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods at golo are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). Deposits are generally credited to the account immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 5–30 minutes to complete. Methods available for withdrawal: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Precautions

• The payment method used on the account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not permitted.
• For suspicious transactions, golo may request additional verification.

golo offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own applicable conditions. The general bonus policy and current offers are described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing the bonus, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

• golo Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% bonus on qualifying weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳500.
• golo Slots Festival Bonus: 75% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25x; once per week.
• golo Friday Special Offer: 30% bonus every Friday, up to ৳3,000; wagering 15x.
• golo Birthday Special Gift: Automatically awarded up to ৳1,500 during the registered birthday month; wagering 10x.
• golo Refer a Friend Reward: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each successful referral; wagering 12x.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• A bonus is not cash; it is usable for gaming purposes only.
• Winnings arising from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• golo reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may come under investigation.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness. If a technical error occurs in a game result, the relevant round may be cancelled and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed when betting on cricket, football and other sports may change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, standard betting policy will apply.

6.3 Technical Issues

golo is not liable if a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage or any other technical reason. However, data from incomplete rounds of an ongoing game is stored on the server and can be resumed after reconnection.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at golo and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Conducting fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using software bots, scripts or automation tools.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Bonus abuse or using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions.
• Attempting to introduce harmful software into the platform's systems.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users.

Documents collected for account verification are used only for that purpose and are stored securely.
